  • Improv is proven to be a fast way to build trust amongst your team through engagement, listening, and supporting each other in moments where one may feel vulnerable. Also improv is fun, and helps us create memorable learning experiences.

  • Yes! We'll work with the client to understand the key learning objectives of your audience and prepare a custom agenda for your event.

  • We recommend booking with us at least 90 days before your event. Advance notice gives us ample time to build and collaborate on an impactful workshop. Equally important, advance notice to your team gets your team excited and allows for optimal attendance.

  • We set the stage at the top of each workshop with clear rules and guidelines to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing and everyone has confidence that no inappropriate subjects will be brought up.

  • Those that are more analytical/introverted often have the greatest amount of growth in our workshops. We create an environment that supports all types of learners so those that want to jump up and play the improv games in the moment can do so, and those that want to analyze and debrief the practiced improv behaviors have space to ask those great analytical questions.

  • We are learning and development professionals first, who happen to also be veteran improvisers who still practice and perform the art form. We use our L&D background to fully understand the needs of your adult learners and adapt our growing list of improv exercises and research to the needs of your team.

  • We offer live virtual workshops for small to medium-sized groups. We do however strongly encourage in-person workshops over virtual workshops whenever possible for an optimal learning and engagement experience.

  • Yes! We operate anywhere within the US and may be available for international travel as well.
